Mr. Shamil Shah

Chairman & Managing Director

Shamil Shah’s journey from a non-conformist dreamer to a transformative entrepreneur embodies bold ambition and relentless drive. After seven years mastering contracts, procurement, and project management at Tata Group, he returned to Ahmedabad in 2017 to chase his entrepreneurial vision.

A Mechanical Engineer with no background in interior design or architecture, he dove into the unfamiliar world of turnkey interior fit-outs in 2017. His fearless approach and strategic foresight quickly set him apart in the industry.

Business Expansion

As a Managing Partner and CEO of Swapna Srushti Interior Projects LLP, Shamil Shah drove revenues of the existing business from ₹10 Crore to ₹141 Crore in just seven years. He expanded operations across nine states and set a national record by building a bank branch at the Statue of Unity in just 84 hours.

He achieved the Unprecedented feat of executing 250+ Retail Bank Branches in a Single Financial Year—nearly one every 1.5 days, a scale Unmatched in India, in just 6 years. His leadership drove 1000+ projects across Banks, Hotels, Retail, Industrial, Residential Interiors, and Large-Scale Offices.
